Rainbow Chard with Chickpeas

Ingredients
1 bunch Rainbow Chard - chopped leaves and stems (about 9 cups)1 15 oz. can Chickpeas (drained)1 medium red onion (diced)1 tbsp olive oil1.5 ounce white wine1 tbsp balsamic vinegarsalt & black pepperchopped green onion (white and green parts)
Directions
Heat olive oil on medium heat in a deep skillet, add chopped stems and diced onions. Saute for 5-6 minutes. Add drained chickpeas, stir and turn heat to medium/high. Once heat is increased, add white wine and immediately add chopped stems. Use tongs to combine ingredients. Cover skillet and let greens wilt for 4 to 5 minutes. Toss with salt & pepper. Sprinkle with chopped green onions and serve.
