Healthy Cocktail Sausage Balls

Ingredients
1 lb. of turkey sausage1 large egg, lightly beaten1/3 cup herb-seasoned stuffing mix1/4 tsp. ground sage1/4 cup ketchup1/4 cup chili sauce2 tbsp. light brown sugar1 tbsp. soy sauce1 tbsp. white vinegar
Directions
Combine first 4 ingredients until blended. Shape into 30 (1-inch) balls. Brown sausage balls in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat; drain on paper towels, discarding drippings in skillet. Wipe skillet clean. Add ketchup, chili sauce, brown sugar, soy sauce, vinegar, and 1/2 cup water. Stir well; return sausage balls to skillet. Bring to a boil; reduce heat, cover, and simmer 20 minutes or until sauce thickens, stirring occasionally.

Serving Size: Makes 30 1-inch sausage balls (5 per serving)
