Lentil and Brown Rice Casserole

Ingredients
3/4 cup dried lentils, rinsed1/2 cup uncooked brown rice2 1/2 cups low-sodium veggie broth1 bag or 1 lb frozen green beans or broccoli cuts1 cup shredded 2% cheddar cheese
Directions
Heat oven to 375. Mix lentils, rice and broth in 2-qt casserole dish and bake for 1 hour.
Stir in green beans and bake covered for another 30 minutes or until liquid is absorbed and rice is tender. Sprinkle with cheese before serving.
