Barbecue-Sauced Pork Sandwich Filling

1 Pound Boneless Pork1 Tablespoon Olive Oil1 Medium Onion, chopped1 Medium Green Pepper, chopped1 8-ounce Can Tomato Sauce1/4 Cup Bottled Barbecue Sauce
Thinly slice meat into bite-size strips.
Preaheat a wok or large skillet over high heat. Add oil. Stir-fry onion and pepper for approximately 2 minutes and remove from wok.
Stir-fry meat for 5 minutes or until cooked through.
Add in the vegetables tomato sauce and barbecue sauce. Heat through.
Spoon onto rolls or buns.
Serving Size: Makes enough for four good-sized sandwiches
