Ingredients
1 lb ground beef1 onion2 bell peppers2 cloves garlic1 can low-sodium red kidney beans1 can low-sodium black beans1 can chopped tomatoes1 can tomato pastecuminchili powdersalt/pepper to tastewaterchicken broth (optional)
Directions
Brown ground beef in a little bit of water. Add diced onions and bell peppers, then garlic, and saute until vegetables are soft. Add beans, tomatoes, tomato paste, and seasonings, then add water or broth almost to top of pot. Stir, then cover and cook on low for about 45-60 minutes.
