Spicy Chicken Chipotle Bean Soup

Yellow Sweet Corn, 1 CanBeans, black, 1 CanCherry Tomatoes, Fresh, 1 PintRefried beans, vegetarian, 1 CanBaby Carrots, raw, 20 large (sliced and diced)Chicken Breast, 2Garlic, 3 clovesOrganic Mushroom or Veggie Broth, 3 cupsHot Pepper Sauce, 2 tspCumin, 1 tspChipotle Pepper Spice, 1 tspSalt, 0.25 tsp (optional)Pepper to taste
Add chicken to crockpot/slow cooker. Add refried beans and spread them over the chicken. Add the remainder of the ingredients into the slow cooker. Cook 4-5 hours on high or 5-7 on low. Stir once halfway. Very filling soup, and spicy! Can omit the chicken to make it vegan.
