Bison (Mexican Style)

1lb ground bison3 cherry peppers ( I like hot )1 small onion3 cloves of garlic1 tbs of coconut oil2 cups of canned tomatoes2 tbs of chili powder1 tbs of cumin
finely chop the onion and garlic
melt the coconut oil in a pan over medium heat
saute onion and garlic until onions are clear
add chopped cherry peppers and cook for 3-4 min
add chili powder and cumin and mix
add ground bison and cook thoroughly
add crushed tomatoes
scoop 1/4 of meat mixture into squash 1/2 and serve
Serving Size: 4 servings - 1/4 of meat mixture (mine yielded 640g total with each serving 160g)
