Gyro Meat

Ingredients
1 lb. lean ground beef (can use lamb, pork, etc.)2 cloves garlic, crushed1.5 t. dried oregano, crushed1 t. onion powder1 t. salt3/4 t. black pepper
Directions
Combine all ingredients. Meat can either be shaped into patties and broiled or pressed into a baking dish and baked at 350 till cooked through (I bake mine). Slice meat thin- it slices very nicely.
