Best Chicken Salad

Ingredients
1 chicken - roasted, skinned, deboned, and shredded 2 cups grapes, halved - I like the red ones1 cup pecans, chopped coarsely1 cup light mayo1 tablespoon malt vinegar
Directions
Just mix it all up in a big bowl, serve with crackers or on toasted bread. The malt vinegar adds just a bit more flavor than the average ordinary chicken salad, makes it really pop.
