Delicious! I subbed a splenda-sugar blend for the .5 C sugar in the recipe & used pecans as the nuts. Very yummy. - 11/10/09

I want to make something clear -- someone commented that there is not fat. That is wrong. There is no ADDED fat--there are 2 eggs, and eggs contain fat and cholesterol. It's a great recipe...very good... and an egg or two is not bad for you.... - 1/22/13

I made a double recipe in a large 9 x 13 baking dish. At 20 - 30 minutes it was still soupy. I ended up cooking it another 20 or so minutes. Probably a little bit too long but it was a hit. - 11/28/08
