1 6-inch whole wheat tortilla1/4 cup raw broccoli - chopped1/4 cup raw cauliflower - chopped1/4 cup shredded low-fat colby or cheddar cheese
Directions
Add last 3 ingredients to the top of the tortilla. Cook on high in microwave for 1 minute.
