Cream Cheese Stuffed Chipotle Chicken

Ingredients
8 oz cream cheese, softened2 Tbsp Tastefully Simple Artichoke & Spinach Warm Dip Mix2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (cut in half)2 Tbsp Olive Oil2 cloves fresh garlic, finely chopped1 jar Tastefully Simple Pomegranate Chipotle Sauce
Directions
In a bowl, blend the cream cheese and dip mix until combined. Set aside. Cut a deep slit into each chicken breast to make a pocket for stuffing. Spoon 1/4 of the cream cheese mixture into each pocket of the chicken. Using a small amount of olive oil, lightly grease and 8X8 baking dish. Place chicken in pan brush with olive oil. Sprinkle on the garlic. Cover with 1/2 the sauce. Cook at 375 for 30 mins. Or until chicken is cooked through. Remove from oven and cover chicken with remaining sauce.
