Southern Fried Cabbage

Ingredients
4 slices bacon, cut into pieces 1 teaspoon salt1 teaspoon ground black pepper1 head cabbage, cored and sliced 1 white onion, chopped 2 tsp white sugar 1/4 cup Cider Vinegar
Directions
Place the bacon into a large pot over medium heat. Season with salt and pepper. Cook for about 5 minutes, or until bacon is crisp. Add cabbage, onion, sugar and vinegar to the pot; cook and stir continuously for 5 minutes, until tender.
