Ingredients:**Flax Seed Meal (ground flax), 16 tbsp (remove)Parmesan Cheese, grated, .33 cup (remove)Garlic powder, 2 tbsp (remove)Water, tap, .50 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)1/4 cup shredded cheese to sprinkle on top
Directions
heat to 400 flatten the flax mixture with a rolling pin under wax paper until very thin bake for 15 min allow to cool
