Healthy Spinach Dip

Ingredients
One package of chopped, frozen spinachOne 8oz container of fat free sour cream3/4 cup of greek-style yogurt, 0-2% fat1-2 cloves of garlic, to taste1tsp of onion powder or lessSaltPepper
Directions
Place spinach in a pan and heat on low until dethawed; once completely warm through, add 2 cloves of mashed or finely chopped garlic and cook for a few seconds to take the edge off the garlic. Remove from heat and transfer to a glass bowl.

Add yogurt, sour cream, salt, pepper plus a little bit of the onion powder. Taste. Adjust slowly until it suits your requirements for flavor and salt.

Refridgerate.
