Ingredients
2 lb extra lean ground beef1 med carrot grated fine1 med onion fine chopped1/4 cup brown rice flour or gluten free flour mix1 tbs course saltsalsa to top
Directions
mix all ingredents togther in a mixer untill they make a "dough" place into a lightly greased (nonstick) loaf pan. Pour salsa to cover on top (amount varries depending on loaf pan size) cook at 375 for 1 hour - check with meat thermometer for temp of 180 deg.
Remove from pan, makes about 12 slices/ servings. Good cold the next day.
