Grandmas Wilted Salad and Snack Mix

1 Large Ripe Tomato (Cubed)1 small onion (Quartered and Sliced)1 Large Cucumber (Peeled and Cubed or 1/4 Rounds)1/8 Tsp Balsamic VinegarSeason to taste
Peel Cucumber, quarter slice it then cube or cut 1/4 rounds.
Peel Onion then Quarter and slice each quarter in lon medium strips.
Core Tomato, slice and ten dice into medium or bite size cubes.
Place all ingredients in a large zip lock bag, drizzle with 1/8 teaspoon balsamic vinegar, season to taste.
Top eat as a snack; Place bag in refrigerator overnight so that the flavors can mingle and mix. Dip out a cupful and have it as a snack.
To eat as a Wilted Salad: Place all ingredients PLUS a few hand fulls of torn lettuce (of your choice) in a large zip-lock bag. Place the bag in the refrigerator for 1 hour and serve as a salad that needs no dressing.
