Chia Maple Pumpkin Pudding

Ingredients
1 can (14 oz.) pureed pumpkin2 cups Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Breeze6 tablespoons chia seeds1 TBSP stevia1 tsp maple extract**Could easily replace with any flavor extract you want... vanilla, almond, etc.
Directions
Ridiculously simple: place all ingredients in a large bowl, adding chia seeds last, and mix with a whisk. Place in fridge to set for at least an hour.
