Ingredients
Lentils, Kroger, 0.5 cup (remove) Barley, Safeway, 0.25 cup (remove) *Quaker Oats - Quick 1 Minute - Dry, 0.5 cup (remove) Colby Cheese, 2 oz (remove) Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters), .25 cup (remove) Tomato Sauce, .5 cup (remove) Basil, 2 tbsp (remove) Pepper, black, 1 tsp (remove) Onions, raw, 40 grams (remove)
Directions
Cook Lentils and barley in vegetable base and water.
Combine together with other ingredients then put in a bread loaf pan with cooking spray.
Bake at 350* for 35-45 min, until it cracks on the top.
