Ingredients
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.Take one package of Tyson's 100 % All Natural Chicken Breast Tenderloins to use.These are boneless and skinless and hormone free and antibiotic free chicken breasts. These generally have four to six servings. This recipe has 5 servings.Take cup of corn flakes and crush in food processor until in small bits or use rolling pin to crush flakes while on wax paper. Dip tenderloins in egg beaters, then in crumbs re-dip in egg beaters and re-dip in crumbs. Spray cookie sheet with Pam. Lay tenderloins in single layer on cookie sheet.Cook until meat is white - about 20 - 25 minutes.

    I would bake these for 15 Min then broil them to brown them. Put them on a Salad and it was good and crunchy too. - 12/3/09
