R & R Oatmeal Breakfast Bake Bars

Ingredients
Butter, unsalted, 4 tbsp.Brown Sugar, 1/2 cup, packedEgg, fresh, 2 largeApplesauce, sweetened, 1 cupWhole Milk / Vitamin D, 1 1/2 cupInstant, Quick, and Regular Oats, 4 cupBaking Powder, 1 1/2 tspSalt, 1 tspCinnamon, 1 tbspCranberries, dried, sweetened (craisins), 1 cupAllspice, 1/2 tsp.Vanilla Extract, 2 tsp*Bob's Red Mill Whole Ground Flaxseed Meal, 4 TbspKretschmer (Original Toasted) Wheat Germ, 4 tbsp
Directions
Directions:
1. 1 Mix butter, brown sugar, eggs, applesauce and milk.

2. 2 In separate bowl mix oats, baking powder, salt and cinnamon. Combine with wet
mixture and add Craisins. May add more cinnamon to taste.

3. 3 Pour into greased 8 x 11 inch baking dish.

4. 4 Bake in a 350 degree oven for 35 minutes.

5. 5 Cut into squares. Top with brown sugar and milk when served.


Serving Size: Make 10 - 3'x2' Squares Give or take a little
