Lo Cal Hi Nutrient Granola

Ingredients
Quick Oats2/3 C whole or slice almonds1/4 C flax seeds2 ripe bananas2/3 C fruit juice (apple, pineapple, apple strawberry etc.)1/2 t stevia powder1 t vanilla1/4 t salt1/2 C raisins (optional)
Directions
Mix first 2 dry ingredients. Blend banana, juice, vanilla,stevia, salt. Pour over dry ingredients, mix well. Spread on a big cookie sheet. Bake at 175. 7-9 hours or overnight is excellent, till it is real dry.
Take it out of the oven in the morning, sprinkle the raisins on it. Cool and put it into a cereal tupperware.
