Caraway Cloverleaf Rolls

2 pkgs Active dry yeast1 1/2 cups warm water 110-115 degree1 cup whole wheat flour1/2 cup sugar1/2 cup veg. oil2 tsp caraway seed1 1/2 tsp salt3 1/2 - 4 cups all purpose flour
In a mixing bowl dissolve yeast in water. Add whole wheat flour, sugar, oil, salt , caraway seed
and 2 cups flour, beat until smooth. Add enough flour to form a soft dough.
Turn onto a floured surface knead until smooth and elastic, about 6-8-minutes. Place in a greased bowl, turning once to grease top. Cover and let rise in a warm place until double about 1 hour.
Punch dough dowm. divide in half, then divide into 36 pieces. Shape into balls , place 3 balls in each greased muffin cup.Cover and let rise untl doubled, about 30 minutes. Bake for 15-18 min at 375 degrees or until golden brown. Yield 2 doz
