Jim's Vegetable soup

Ingredients
can of black eye peascan of diced tomatoescan of tomatoes in sauce1 large onion8 small carrots1/3 head small cabbage1 russet potato1/2 cup rice1 bag mixed veggies1 bag broccoli cuts2 small yellow squash1 med zuccini2 med green bell peppers1 large red bell pepper
Directions
Dice all the vegetables, add everything into the pot and cook it until everything is tender. its much more flavorful when the ingredients have had time to meld, I let it sit overnight on low.
