preheat oven to 375 . In a pan big enough to fit all ingredients. I used a 30 cm x45 x10 cm deep pan.
layer rice first followed by salsa & spices ( save some spices to sprinkle on chicken)of your choosing. veggies then chicken. add beans & chicken broth. cover and place in oven - middle rack. bake in oven for 75 - 90 min.
Serving Size: makes about 10 - 1 cup serving
