Small head of garlic1 tsp olive oil1 15.5 oz can of garbanzo beans, drained1/3 cup rosted red peppers (if canned, drain well)2 Tbls lemon juice2.5 Tbls Tahini (seseme butter)1/16th tsp cayenne pepper1/2 tsp salt (optional)1/4 tsp fresh ground pepper
Roast a small head of garlic in a 425 degree oven for 45-60 minutes. Then blend with all other ingredients in the blender
