Destache's Garlic Cheese Ciabatta

Ingredients
ciabatta - part baked (whole ciabatta 250g), 250 gram(s)Butter, unsalted, .5 cupGarlic, 3 tsp mincedMozzarella Cheese, part skim milk, 12 oz shredded
Directions
Preheat oven to 425F. Melt butter, briefly saute garlic. Cut ciabatta loaf in half. Generously spread butter/garlic mixture with basting brush on each half. Top evenly with mozzarella. Bake both halves in oven until top of cheese is golden, about 15 minutes. Slice and serve.
