Honey Dijon Pork Chops

Ingredients
2 boneless pork chops1 T olive oil1/4 c honey1/4 c dijon mustard1 c white winesalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Heat oil in skillet. Season both sides of pork chops with salt and pepper. Brown pork chops in skillet, 3 minutes each side. Remove pork chops from skillet and set aside. Combine honey, mustard, and wine in skillet and heat to a low boil. Return pork chops to skillet. Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes, turning pork chops after 5 minutes. Drizzle sauce over pork chops.
