Ingredients
2lb Beef Chuck Roast 3 Cloves of garlic minced1 medium yellow onion diced3 large carrots rough cut or 1 1/2 cups baby carrots2 small zucchini rough chopped2 small yellow squash rough chopped2tsp Grey Sea Salt1tsp Fresh ground black pepper3 cups of water
Directions
Place all ingredients in slow cooker on low for 5-6 hours, or on high for 2-3 hours.
