Directions
1 Cup milk, mixed with 2 eggs. Add melted butter, sugar and vanilla. Pour over dry ingredients and stir. Let rest in fridge until chilled.
Heat a griddle to 375 degrees. Lightly oil or butter. Pour 1/4 cup for each crepe with ladle and then use ladle, starting at center of each crepe to swirl batter out until thin. Flip over once edges are dry.
