Lentil,Kale and turkey soup

Ingredients
Olive Oil, 1 tbspOnions, raw, 1 cup, choppedGarlic, 4 cloves crushedCelery, raw, .5 cup, diced Carrots, raw, 1 cup, choppedGround Turkey, 1lb raw Lentils, 1 cup, rinsed Potato, 1 cup dicedChicken Broth, 4 cup (8 fl oz) Salt, 1 tspGround Cumin seed, 2 tspPepper, black, 1 tsp Kale, 2 cup, chopped
Directions
Heat oil in large pot. Add onion and soften. Add garlic, carrots, celery until slightly softened. Add ground turkey and cook until it loses its pinkness. Add rinsed lentils and potatoes. Add stock and seasonings. Bring to boil then simmer for about 45 mins. Add kale and continue to simmer for 20 mins more.
