Low Fat, Low Sugar Chocolate Blueberry/Cherry Bites

Ingredients
1 box of Baker's Semi-Sweet Baking Chocolate Squares1/4 cup dried blueberries1/4 cup dried cherries
Directions
1. In a double broiler, or create your own (I used a colander, bowl and lid over a pot of boiling water), melt chocolate over low-medium heat.
2. Place 5-8 blueberries or cherries in each Wilton square (I did 12 squares for each cherries & blueberries).
3. Pour or scoop melted chocolate into the squares.
4. Gently shake or tap the silicone tray on the counter to evenly distribute the chocolate in each square.
5. Place silicone tray in the freezer until chocolate is solid.
6. Pop out your chocolate squares and store them in the freezer or refrigerator.
