Oatmeal Protein Pancakes

Ingredients
Dry ingredients:Rolled OatsBaking PowderCinnamonFlaxseed MealLiquid ingredients:Egg WhitesVanillaVegetable OilUnsweetened Almond Milk
Directions
Take the dry ingredients and place in a food processor, blend for about a minute until it looks like a flour instead of oats. Add egg whites, vanilla and oil then process again. Add about 1/4 c. of almond milk until desired pancake mix consistency. Cook on 350 degrees until edges start to brown then flip.

Serving Size: Makes 4 medium sized pancakes - 1 pancake = 1 serving
