Greens and Beans

Ingredients
4 bunches Escarole - cleaned and chopped2 TBsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil2 cups chopped Onion2-15.5 oz cans Cannellini BeansSaltPepperGarlicCrushed red pepper1-box Ronzoni Garden Delight Fettuccine
Directions
Steam Escarole until soft, drain.
Saute onions in olive oil. Season with salt, pepper garlic and crushed red pepper to taste. Add beans and greens and cook for another 5-10 minutes.
Serve over pasta.
