Sausage Breakfast Bowl

Ingredients
2 tbsp Olive Oil3.5 oz Gimme Lean Sausage Style1/2 cup chopped Onion1/2 cup chopped Green Peppers1/4 cup Sweet Corn 1/2 cup chopped/Crumbled firm Tofu1 tsp ground Turmeric1 tsp ground Cumin seed1 tsp SaltDash of Pepper
Directions
Heat olive oil in a medium size skillet. Add sausage. Lightly brown the sausage while breaking up with a spoon or spatula. Add the chopped onion, pepper, corn and tofu. Continue to brown stirring occasionally. When the vegetables and tofu are beginning to brown, sprinkle the mixture with the turmeric, cumin, salt and pepper. Add more to if needed to suit your taste. Stir the mixture well. Transfer the mixture to a bowl. Serve immediately.
