Ingredients
Whisk together * Buckwheat flour 1 cup * Buttermilk, lowfat, .75 cup * Milk, 1%, 1 cup * Egg, fresh, 3 large * Salt and baking powder 0.5 tsp each * maple syrup, 1 tsp Use a pastry brush or oil mister to grease pan between crepes * *Peanut Oil, about 2 tbsp
Directions
Ladle 1/3 cup batter into hot crepe pan, cook for about a minute on each side until light brown
