Whole Wheat Cornbread

Ingredients
3 heaping tablespoons cornmeal2 heaping tablespoons whole wheat flour1 teaspoon baking powder2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil1/2 cup non-fat buttermilkWater
Directions
Combine dry ingredients, stir.
Add wet ingrediants, stir.
Batter should be the consistency of thick gravy.
Bake at 350 degrees in muffins tin until brown, approximately 30 minutes.
