Ingredients
1lb Ground Turkey1/4 tsp Black Ground Pepper1/2 Red Onion Chopped1 Can Tomato Sauce, No Salt Added1/2 Cup Ketchup1/4 Cup BBQ Saue (Love Sweet Baby Rays)1 tsp Chili Powder1/2 tsp. Hot Pepper Sauce (Tabasco)4 Wheat Buns4 Lettuce Leaves
Directions
In a large skillet, combine ground turkey, black pepper and onion. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the turkey is no longer pink.
Stir in tomato sauce, ketchup, BBQ sauce, chili powder and hot pepper sauce. Simmer for about 10 minutes over low heat, stirring occasionally, until mixture has thickened.
Place turkey meat on bun, top with lettuce leaf and enjoy!
