Chicken Curry

Ingredients
Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp Chicken Breast, no skin, 1 lb Sweet peppers (bell), 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped Garlic, 5 cloves, minced Jalapeno Peppers, 1/2 pepper, minced Peas, frozen, 0.5 cup Garbanzo beans 1 can Zucchini, 1 cup, sliced Garam Masala 1 tbsp Curry Powder 1 tbsp Tumeric 1 tsp White Rice, medium grain, 3 cup
Directions
Saute the chicken in oil until it turns white on the outside, add in the onions and saute until the onions are translucent, add the garlic and jalapeno peppers and saute for 1 minute until fragrant. Add the tumeric and curry powder and 1/2 cup water. Add the vegetables and simmer for 10-15 minutes until vegetables are tender. Cook rice according to directions.
