Cabbage Soup with Beef and Egg

Ingredients
3.5 quarts or 14 cups of water5 vegetable broth cubes (intended for 10 cups of water)1 whole cabbage1 whole green bell pepper1 whole red onion3 lean hamburger patties4 eggs1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
Directions
Heat broth to a boil
Add cabbage, bell peppers and red onion and cook until tender

Add the following to the broth and turn off burner:
4 mixed eggs
3 cooked ham burger patties
1 cup frozen vegetables

Add pepper and spice to taste.
