Ingredients
1 cups Bulgur1.5 cups boiling water1/3 cup olive oil1/2 lemon juice1 cup chopped green onion1 cup chopped fresh parsley4 tablespoon fresh mint1 cup Tomatos Fresh, Chopped1 Medium Cucumber Chopped1 teaspoon of salt
Directions
Combine bulgur and boiling water in a large boil. Cover and set aside to soak for 1 hour.

Add remaining ingredients and toss. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
