Cauliflower and smoked salmon gratin

Ingredients
cauliflower, smoked salmon, potatoe, mustard, broth, butter, flour.
Directions
Boiled the potatoes and the cauliflower. Make the sauce: melt the butter, add flour, broth and mustard. Cut the salmon in pieces, blend all and cook in the oven a few minutes.
