Easy Microwave Lunch

Ingredients
1/2 cup of instant brown rice1 cup or more of frozen veggies1/3 cup of water1 TBSP of Extra Virgin Olive Oilleft over meat of any kind or shrimp or tofu or whateverspices ( sometimes I use a curry paste, or soy sauce and ginger/garlic, or just salt and pepper, or basil or whatever...whatever you like ) Keep in a microwaveable bowl and microwave for 3 minutes at lunch time and let sit for 1 minute after. enjoy!

Just heat in the microwave for 3 minutes
