Pureed Tomatoes, 2 can (29 oz) (401 x 411) (remove) Chicken Broth, 7 cup (8 fl oz) (remove) Onions, raw, 2 large (remove) Garlic, 12 cloves (remove) Mushrooms, fresh, 3 cup, pieces or slices (remove) Carrots, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove) Salt, 1 tsp (remove) Pepper, black, 1 tsp (remove) *Dulse Flakes, .15 tsp (remove)
Dulse is optional.
saute onions and garlic in olive oil until soft. Add mushrooms and shredded carrots saute Add tomatoes, and broth and salt and pepper as needed
Serve over tortilla chips or pasta and add any and all toppings you like. I've gone italian and added chicken and cheese...or mexican with avocado and sour cream.
