Bran Muffins

Ingredients
1/2 cup dark brown sugar1 1/2 cups oat bran1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour2 teaspoons baking powder2 teaspoons baking soda1/2 teaspoon salt2 teaspoons cinnamon2 eggs1 cup chilled applesauce4 tablespoons vegetable oil
Directions
Combine dry ingredients first. Then wet. Let sit 10 minutes before baking at 400 for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
