Cabbage Soup/Stew Diet

Ingredients
Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove)Green Peppers (bell peppers), 2 cup, chopped (remove)Cabbage, fresh, 1 head, small (about 4-1/2" dia) (remove)Celery, raw, 2 cup, diced (remove)Carrots, raw, 3 medium (remove)Mushrooms, fresh, 1.5 cup, pieces or slices (remove)*Soup, LIPTON, RECIPE SECRETS VEGETABLE, Mix, Dry, 1 serving (remove)*Tomato products, Hunts Diced Tomatoes w/ Basil, Garlic, and Oregano, 7 serving (remove)Zucchini, 1.5 cup, sliced (remove)
Directions
spray pan with cooking spray, chop vegetables and add one by one to the pot till the last item which is water. Let it simmer for at least 60 minutes or until tender.
