Minestrone Soup

Ingredients
Tomato Paste, 0.1 cup (remove) Crushed Tomatoes, 100 grams (remove) Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove) Garlic, 3 cloves (remove) Carrots, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove) Celery, raw, .5 cup, diced (remove) *Potato, raw, 1 cup diced (remove) Cubetti di pancetta by Sainsbury's, 2 serving (remove) Cabbage, fresh, 2 cup, chopped (remove) *Chick Peas, 1 cup (remove) Chickpeas (garbanzo beans), 1 cup (remove) Chicken Broth or Bouillon, 4 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)
Directions
Sautee pancetta. Add in veggies, then beans and tomatoes. Pour in hot broth. Bring to boil. Add in cabbage five minutes before serving. Season w/ salt, pepper and herbs to taste.
