Ingredients
1lb Butternut Squash1 apple2 tbl butter2 tbl Sugar Free Syrup1 tbl honey1tsp Nutmeg1tsp Cinnamon
Directions
baked cubed butternut squash with chopped apple in baking dish with 1/4cup water for 20mins

melt butter, add other ingredients

pour butter mixture over squash/apple mixture and bake another 10mins.
