Hearty and Heart Healthy Chili

Ingredients
1 lb. ground turkey1 medium onion, chopped1 46-oz can tomato juice1 15-oz can petite diced tomatoes1 15-oz can dark red kidney beans1 15-oz can light red kidney beans1 15-oz can chili beans2 15-oz can black beans1 - 2 Tbsp diced jalapenos (opt)1 Tbsp chili powder1 Tbsp cumin1 tsp garlic powder1 tsp celery salt1 tsp saltdash or two of ground red pepper to taste (opt)
Directions
Brown ground turkey with onion and drain. Add remaining ingredients, simmer for 30 min to 1 hour.
