Egg Muffins with Feta, Spinach, and Mushrooms

Ingredients
1/2 cup chopped Spinach 1/2 cup chopped Mushrooms1/4 feta4 egg whites2 eggs Salt Pepper
Directions
Preheat over to 400 degrees. Spray a muffin tin with non-stick spray. Chop the spinach and mushrooms; combine in a bowl. Add 1/4 feta crumbles, 4 egg whites, 2 eggs and the salt and pepper. Stir. Bake for 15 minutes.
